DESERT IN BLOOM-DESIERTO EN FLOR

Today is the day,

 

the waters from above and below change course,

 

such a thirst;

 

even the stones fight for a drop;

 

licking the sweat of the lovers...

 

the secret tears of the cloud,

 

will the desert flourish again?

 

Sandy blood runs in my veins.

las aguas de arriba y de abajo cambian de cauce,

 

tanta es la sed que hasta las piedras luchan por una gota;

 

lamen el sudor de los amantes...

 

...y las lágrimas secretas de la nube,

 

¿ florecerá el desierto?

 

sangre y arena se mezclan en mis venas.

 

 

 

A child howls...,

 

his sobbing rips the sky;

 

the wolf is not far,

 

angels weep drenched in twilight;

 

the flood starts;

 

the waters from above and below cover the earth.

 

 

 

Aúlla el niño...

 

...su llanto rasga el cielo;

 

el lobo no está lejos ,

lloran ángeles empapados de crepúsculo;

empieza la inundación ;

las aguas de arriba y de abajo cubren la tierra.

 

 

I listen to the wind whispering a tune,

 

he makes love to the dune;

 

gently caressing her loin,

 

brushing my groin on the surface.

 

 

 

El viento susurra una melodía desnuda,

 hace el amor a la duna acariciando suavemente su lomo,

me cepilla el muslo.

 

 

 

She blushes with me,

 

desert rose in bloom

 

showing to the moon

 

how beautiful she can be.

 

 

Sonrojas conmigo,

 

rosa en flor del desierto

y muestras a la luna lo hermosa que puedes ser.

 

 

 The voice speaks loud and clear,

 

a message of love spreads around,

 

lets share the sand

 

lets mend the tears.

 

Above and below there is much joy,

 

we share...

 

the dew of the desert.

 

 

La voz habla alto y claro,

se propaga en el espacio un mensaje de amor,

compartiendo la arena

enmendando las lágrimas.

 

En el cielo y en la tierra regocijan,

 

compartimos...
