I had a dream,
the dream of my life.
a marvelous dream...
I was taken info a paradise of golden dew
where my whole life was changed.
There I saw you coming to my weary mind,
and new horizons fulfilled my scene.

Oh! Indeed, I could do anything there;
The mountains? Ha! They were just simple steps.
The clouds? They were my breath.
The birds? They were my species.
The Olympus Gods? They were my creation!
There were no cries,
there were no sorrows.
My entire life was filled with L 0 V E!

You took me by the hand on a rainbowed path,
and a silver moonlight walked us all along.
You gave me every little thing I longed for.
I never saw so much tenderness,
so much wisdom... Such a communion!
Even the stars were envious,
I never saw the sun jealous before.
.
But those Arabian Nights are not real.
those Athenian Goddesses are a myth;
therefore, all the magic faded away,
and the darkness came again.
Now, here I am in loneliness
Waiting still for you to come,
I’m aware you haven’t come...
And I think you never will!
