CARLOS ALB.

LLAMADA AL ANOCHECER

Caller of Dusk

In the dusk of life\'s madness,

in the twilight of my times,

in the night of my days.

Drowned in the sands,

buried in the earth.

Among butterflies,

among moths,

in the air,

dreaming

at night.

Dreaming

by day,

by night.

All things fade,

everyone goes,

and I shall be one more,

I too will go, at last,

everything comes to an end.

Air of the night,

moist breath of waters,

tears in the night,

smiles in those days,

nights and days, smiles.

In the dusks,

in the loops,

in the nets,

days, nights,

in the end all goes,

all slips away from us,

we, the finite ones,

will depart,

twilights,

in endings,

in nets,

in loops,

at the end.
